Europe, Canada, Australia, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands:
- Standard Shipping (10-14 business days): Free

For orders outside the US, actual delivery dates may vary depending on customs procedures and other factors in your destination country. In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days.

Cancellations and order/shipping address changes

Once your order has entered our warehouse processing phase, we regret to inform you that no further alterations can be accommodated.
Please be aware that orders that have already been prepared for shipment or have been dispatched are ineligible for cancellation.
We will inform you about the outcome of your request or provide any additional instructions and guidance through email within 24 hours of your request.
